Refund policy
DELIVERY
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition as quickly as possible, we at www.purelogica.in work with reputable e-commerce shipping partners.
www.purelogica.in for the order amount of Rs. 999, we charge Rs. 100 as a flat delivery charge. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.
ORDER TRACKING
The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email, when the order is shipped.
ARRIVAL OF ORDER
Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within seven (7) days from the purchase invoice date. If the order is prepaid then only this policy works on Cash On Delivery we don't provide replacement or return Please note, all returns or exchanges must include the original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be returned, refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shahnawaz@purelogica.in
There is no exchange available on sale items.
Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable method for return shipping, for we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.
Please send an email with the tracking number of the return shipment to https://purelogica.in/. We will not accept any packages sent with authorisation, any shipments received that have not been authorised will be refused/shipped back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, it may take a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Cancellations have to be made witha in maximof um 24-48 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us within 24-48 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. PRODUCT DAMAGED CONDITION/ PAST ITS EXPIRY DATE
It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. In such a case, we will accept the return of suchproducts and willd ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost if available or refund your money for the same if the same product is not available. Please make sure that the original product andreceipt aressavedr to make such returns.
